Registering a Pinterest Account is very easy and can be completed in less than 30 Seconds!!
There a Few Different Ways to register a Pinterest Account.

You can either Receive an invitation from a friend that is already a registered user. |

You can request an invitation directly from the Pinterest Website |

You Can Register your account by connecting either your Facebook Account or Twitter Account. |
You can also have the option of having an update sent to either Facebook or Twitter every time you pin a picture.
I would only do that option if you are not going to be pinning a lot of pictures every day.
You don’t want to over post or over pin and it comes off as Spam.
